Coach Bahkshar Karsybaev, known as Coach “Bahshar”, is a truly world class, elite level boxing coach. He was the Head Coach of the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games Gold Medalist in Boxing, Yermahan Ibraimov and has coached many high level boxing champions over the years.
He received the title of “Honorary Coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan” in Boxing which is the highest award in sports for physical education and training, in 1996.
RFLX Boxing with Coach Bahkshar is not fitness boxing, this class is for people who really want to learn the art of boxing and possibly compete. There is a lot of emphasis on technique and there is supervised sparring. RFLX Boxing is also valuable for Mixed Martial Arts fighters and self defense.
